Suirrel

The squirrel population on our farm has gotten out of control. So my dad has cracked down on them, so he and I have started to thin down the numbers. So I figured, why not use the squirrel for a better purpose, other than just feeding them to the cats. So I got one, learned how to skin it by myself, gutted it out, and choped it into pieces. So I had these pieces of squirrel meat, and so I decided to cook them up, into a delicious dinner. I sautted them in onions and spices, and added a little salt and pepper. I fried them in a pan, and then let the pieces simmer for about 20 minutes. When they were done, they looked like meat from a 5star restaurant, and were delicious. I have never had squirrel before, so it was quite interesting. It tastes a lot like chicken. And the squrriles runing around our farm get real muscular, and big, so the meat was really lean and tough. I bet it's the best squirrel around.
